RG-Designs is an exhibition stand and events studio working with corporate and government clients across the Gulf. Concept, structure, fabrication and onsite build, held by one team from first sketch to handover morning.

What we make

Four disciplines, one studio.

How a stand gets made: four stages, in order

One team holds the whole chain.

  1. Stage 01

    Concept & visualisation

    We read the brief, the hall plan and the sightlines, then design to them. Concepts arrive as photoreal 3D, not mood boards, so the client approves what actually gets built.

  2. Stage 02

    Structure & drawings

    Approved concept becomes a buildable set: plans, elevations, structural loading, rigging points and the organiser submission pack the venue signs off before anything ships.

  3. Stage 03

    Fabrication & finishing

    Joinery, metalwork, print and finishing run in our own workshop, then dry-build so the fit is proven before it leaves. Freight paperwork moves with it.

  4. Stage 04

    Onsite build & handover

    Our supervisors run the build-up window on the hall floor (AV, lighting, snagging) and hand over a finished stand before the doors open. Dismantle is ours too.
